Unit 1 reached an agreement with the Employer on a new Collective Agreement (2021-2024), which was successfully ratified by Unit 1 members in March 2022.

Significant gains were made that included the implementation of a Basic Dental and Drug Benefits Plan for part-time members. Additionally, 18 new members received Continuing Appointments as part of the "List of 70."
