Unit 2 reached an agreement with the Employer on a new Collective Agreement (2021-2024), which was successfully ratified by Unit 2 members in September 2022.

Significant gains were made that included the implementation of a Basic Drug Benefits Plan for Unit 2 members, as well as an increase in Continuing Appointments from 40 to 50 of the most senior CE Contract Lecturers across the campus. As a result, 18 new Unit 2 members received Continuing Appointments as part of the "List of 50."
