CUPE 3904's Bylaws were last amended by the membership in 2021 and approved by CUPE National in 2022. Since then, CUPE National updated their Constitution in 2023. We are required to ensure our Bylaws reflect the updates to the CUPE National Constitution. We have also realized that further Bylaw revisions are necessary to add clarity to our union processes for our members. Revisions to Bylaws must be reviewed and ratified by a quorum of members. A Special Membership Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, January 19, 2026 from 3-6 pm. During the meeting, we will explain each revision and ask members to vote to approve each revision.
