UNIT 3 GENERAL ASSISTANCE FUND (GAF)
Unit 3 GAF claim process for Fall 2024 is now open.
- Claim process is available from February 1st - April 30th 2025
- Funds are available on a first-come-first-served basis; submit your claims early
- Maximum of $350 per academic year & maximum of 1 claim per academic year
- Incomplete claims will be denied (please follow instructions carefully)
- Members must use their @torontomu.ca email address when applying
Eligibility:
- Unit 3 Lab Monitors, Graduate Assistants, and Teaching Assistants
- At least one contract in the Winter 2025 term

UNIT 3 HEALTH BENEFIT FUND (HBF)
- Claim process for the 2024 / 2025 academic year is available from October 1, 2024 to August 15, 2025
- Funds are available on a first-come-first-served basis; submit your claims early
- Maximum of $700 per academic year & Maximum of 1 claim per academic year
- All receipts must be dated from August 16, 2024 to August 15, 2025 (inclusive)
- Incomplete claims will be denied; click here to review a list of eligible expenses.
Eligibility:
- Unit 3 Lab Monitors, Graduate Assistants, and Teaching Assistants
- At least one contract in the Fall 2024 term
